Refund policy

Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees, one-time purchases, and add-on charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to initial purchases, renewals, and mid-cycle tier changes, on both monthly and annual billing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. After cancellation you retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining days.

Annual plans work the same way: cancelling an annual subscription stops the next yearly renewal, and you keep full access through the end of the twelve-month period you already paid for. No partial-year refunds or credits are issued. Where you signed up with a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged.

If a billing error, platform outage, or technical defect prevents you from using what you paid for, contact support and we will credit your account as appropriate. We treat these as issues on our side and resolve them case-by-case.

The following do not qualify for a refund or credit under any circumstance:

• Failing or not sitting for the Series 65 exam (the product is exam-prep material, not a pass guarantee)
• Dissatisfaction with content, scoring, or platform features
• Charges for billing periods that have already begun
• Downgrading to a lower tier mid-cycle (access continues at the current tier through the end of the period)

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@alanglobalintelligence.com from your purchase email address within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full price to your original payment method.

• The 30-day window starts on the date of purchase shown on your Stripe receipt.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• Your license key is deactivated in our records when the refund is issued.
• Free (giveaway) licenses have no purchase price and are outside the refund process.
