Our refund policy is straightforward. We offer a short no-questions-asked window on initial purchases. Recurring renewal charges are non-refundable — you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but we do not issue refunds for billing periods that have already begun.
When you first subscribe to a paid plan or purchase an add-on, you have 7 calendar days from the date of that charge to request a full refund — no questions asked. After 7 days the charge is final. This window applies once per purchase event; it does not reset on renewal.
Recurring subscription charges (monthly or annual renewals) are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to be charged, cancel before the next billing date. Cancellation is immediate and one-click via Settings → Billing. After cancellation you retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
If a billing error, platform outage, or technical defect prevents you from using what you paid for, contact support and we will refund or credit your account as appropriate, regardless of the 7-day window. We treat these as issues on our side and resolve them case-by-case.
The following do not qualify for a refund under any circumstance:
Email support@alanglobalintelligence.com with the email address on your account and a brief description of the charge. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days. To cancel a subscription without requesting a refund, use Settings → Billing.
