Subscription and certification fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not issue refunds or credits for billing periods that have already begun. One exception: ALAN Echo and ALAN Studio, our one-time-purchase desktop software titles, carry a 30-day money-back guarantee (§5).
Except as required by applicable law, all subscription fees, one-time purchases, and add-on charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to initial purchases, renewals, and mid-cycle tier changes, on both monthly and annual billing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing. After cancellation you retain access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No refund or credit is issued for the remaining days.
Annual plans work the same way: cancelling an annual subscription stops the next yearly renewal, and you keep full access through the end of the twelve-month period you already paid for. No partial-year refunds or credits are issued. Where you signed up with a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged.
If a billing error, platform outage, or technical defect prevents you from using what you paid for, contact support and we will credit your account as appropriate. We treat these as issues on our side and resolve them case-by-case.
The following do not qualify for a refund or credit under any circumstance:
ALAN Echo (voice-to-text) and ALAN Studio (video editing), our one-time-purchase desktop applications for Windows, carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@alanglobalintelligence.com from your purchase email address within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the full price to your original payment method.
For billing questions, contact support@alanglobalintelligence.com. To cancel a subscription, use Settings → Billing.
